Ruby Chocolate is a newly developed type of chocolate with a unique and natural berry-fruity taste and a distinctive ruby shade. The colour and taste of Ruby Chocolate are not product of added colouring agents or flavours but result from the use of the rare Ruby cacao beans.
Under the brand Heilemann, Viba launches six new product variations made of Ruby Chocolate:
- Small and large Ruby Chocolate bars
- Ruby Crowns – a combination of tenderly melting nougat, crunchy hazelnuts and Ruby Chocolate
- Best Crowns – a mix of nougat pralines covered in white, milk, dark chocolate or Ruby chocolate with a hazelnut core
- Ruby Stones –dark chocolate meets Ruby fruitiness
- Ruby Pearls – hazelnuts coated in a layer of nougat and Ruby chocolate
